Today the RATP has rolled out free Wi-Fi in the metro, quite simply. The service is called GOWEX. The name may sound unfamiliar, but it is a major company in the free Wi-Fi network sector. The app is available on smartphones, so you can create a free account to access the free Wi-Fi more easily.
On the Paris metro, connecting to Wi-Fi means going through Gowex, so the service still asks for some information before first use, such as registration, then confirmation by SMS and a password. For now, no reviews have been written about the speed of the service, and the Wi-Fi is currently available in 46 public transport locations.

ba la c’est le taux de vol de téléphone et de tablette qui va décoller !
