Orange has released a video today to explain the network outage the operator experienced for about 24 hours. The video does a very good job of describing this outage using diagrams and explanations.
So, what do you think? It explains the situation well, doesn’t it? Personally, I find the video interesting. Orange was generous in offering gifts to its customers.
